Hanson Valuation LLC is a commercial real estate appraisal firm serving Oregon and southwest Washington. Dan Hanson, MAI has over 15 years of experience providing commercial appraisal services involving a wide variety of property types in the Pacific Northwest, and holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in Oregon and Washington.  Hanson Valuation was formed in 2008 with the following goals:

Mr. Hanson holds the Appraisal Institute's MAI membership designation. Appraisers holding the MAI designation must meet rigorous education, experience, and ethical requirements, and fulfill continuing education requirements on an on-going basis.
